What you would be doing

  • Coordinate all NPDES Permit Management and compliance.
  • Act as the liaison between the builder and Development team.
  • Perform routine site inspections for active construction projects.
  • Assist in the supervision of all site construction from Preconstruction through Final Dedication on Single Family neighborhoods.
  • Assist in the project bids and budget preparation.
  • Assist Site Development Manager on managing and reporting on project status utilizing internal management/financial schedules and tools.
  • Work with HOA Management company to Fulfill Declarant HOA responsibilities in all active communities through transition to the community board.
  • Meet with required township officials and inspectors throughout the permit and site construction phase.

  • Ability to work with a team and independently
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years previous experience in project management, supervision on sites
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
