Creates name badges for New Hires
Triage incoming calls and ensure questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person.
Perform administrative and clerical support tasks for community, including updating resident and community binders, and distributing mail.
Develops and maintains service relationships to fulfill the needs of residents, guests, or employees.
Assists with community special events, including outreach to the greater community.
Maintains a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
Assists in the evacuation of residents as necessary.
Maintains the confidentiality of all resident information and honors the residents' personal property rights.
Serve as community ambassador to visitors; answer general questions from potential residents and inquiring families and provide informational brochures and packets as requested.

First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
