Follow all shop safety and job specific safety protocols.
Read and interpret isometric spool sheets, P&ID and specifications drawings.
Use hydraulic torque wrenches (Hytorc) to assemble piping.
Follow company work instructions to facilitate the satisfactory completion of assigned tasks.
Assemble fittings and pipes using tack welding.

Journeymen must be willing to guide and mentor apprentices when required.
Able to supply your own basic hand tools.
Must be dependable, reliable, and have a proven attendance record.
Possess excellent communication, organizational, and people skills.
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment health assessment including a drug and alcohol test.
Current certification in the following is considered an asset: WHMIS, Fall Protection (FP), Aerial Work Platform (AWP), Overhead Crane Training. First Aid.
Possess a valid Alberta Journeyman Pipefitting Certificate with Interprovincial Red Sealed Journeyman Pipefitter Certificate is preferred, or enrolled as an Apprentice Pipefitter with relevant experience.
