Assist with preparing pitch material completion by creating the content for the pitch decks, interfacing directly with leadership, operations, and marketing throughout the process
Assist as a liaison between the client and company team members
Organize and maintain Client Services library of support resources
Stay informed on multifamily, economic, market, and demographic trends
Assist with client specific deliverables, reporting, and market research
Track multiple moving pieces across various projects while managing overall workflow, emphasizing both attention to detail and organization.
Participate in property operations and marketing strategy sessions, writing of content and edits/updates on proposals and presentations
Provide strategic oversight for brand, creative direction, marketing, operational content, and communication

This is an onsite role requiring the associate to be in our Austin corporate office five days a week, 8:30a-5:30p.
