Key responsibilities include supporting the Document Control team to ensure documents are properly registered and issued, auditing the CDE for improvement opportunities, and creating training programs to promote effective CDE usage. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop data process maps and project-specific workflows, and collaborate with IT, BIM, and VDC teams to deploy system enhancements. Additionally, you will build stakeholder relationships, develop performance dashboards, identify risks, and manage the document control team and related IT requirements.
The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Data Management, or Project Management, with at least five years of relevant experience. Prior experience implementing electronic data management systems and strong knowledge of Aconex, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, and APIs are required. Proven leadership, communication, coaching, and mentoring abilities, along with strong task‑prioritization skills, are essential.
