Follow the RFQ to Order process and its pre-established gates / screens including order entry and handover to Operation(s) for successful execution.
Responsible for leading the overall cost integration and analysis with consideration for technical and commercial risk assessment prior to arriving at final Pricing.
Identify cost or time-saving opportunities within the proposal development process or stemming from Non-Conformance instances and implement process improvement initiatives.
Develop Proposals as a technical lead for Siemens Energy Industrial Applications customer/client base (which includes offshore oil & gas customers, LNG plants, etc.) by reviewing client’s request for quotation (RFQ) and perform process calculations, equipment selections including drivers and auxiliary, using company or other engineering tools developing the most optimized solution(s).
Prepare outside purchase equipment (OPE) RFQ(s) and work together with the regional/global supply chain manager(s) to engage and align for a compliant offer.
Assist the Sales Managers in developing Technical and Commercial strategies for the successful implementation of the Order Capture Process and participate in the development of quantified value propositions.

Experience in Combined Cycle Design for modules or Power Plant will be added advantage.
Capable to prepare P&ID, Heat and Mass Balance for power generation plant and gas processing systems.
Experience in process equipment (i.e. Steam Boilers, Demin water systems, Gas turbines, Steam turbines, Centrifugal compressors, Pumps, Scrubbers, etc.) in either design, application engineering, front-end / detail engineering or installation and commissioning.
Domestic and international travel is required to support training, project presentations, bid clarification and project kick-off meetings.
Chemical Engineering Degree from accredited higher education institution.
