Bachelor’s degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or a related field preferred.
Excellent customer service and business communication skills.
Experience with scheduling software such as P6 or Microsoft Project preferred.
Capable of managing stress effectively, maintaining composure and focus throughout the workday.
Ability to maintain a calm and focused mental state, especially in high-pressure or emergency situations.
Intermediate/advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and familiarity with project tools like Viewpoint/Spectrum, Bluebeam, and Procore.
Electrical field experience or a journeyman electrician's license preferred.
