Knowledge of techniques and methods of installing computer hardware and software
Three (3) years of experience performing technical and analytical tasks in support of computer information systems and computer servers.
Ability to manage schedules and timelines
Bachelors degree in computer science, management information systems, or related degree.
Advanced support of client software (MS – Office, Adobe products, email, and /or browsers, etc.)
Familiar with the principles and practices of maintaining information systems including thin client or virtual desk top solutions
Organized, with the ability to administer and create meeting agendas and notes for work units
Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail and shift from one project to another when priorities change
Knowledge of work planning and project management techniques
Ability to perform the complex technical and analytical tasks in support of servers, information systems, and computer servers

Experience working in a consulting environment required.
