You will work with the wider team and Hive Client Services to service the database, drive new business, and increase market share and fees. Responsibilities include pitching and winning business, managing the full sales process from viewings to completion, liaising with the sales team, overseeing property marketing, and providing client advice and reporting, all while adhering to ISO, AML and Health & Safety standards.
We are recruiting an experienced property professional to manage and grow our Notting Hill Sales department, handling portfolios up to £3m. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in a similar role, expert knowledge of the Notting Hill market, and the drive to increase market share and results. Preference is given to someone who lives or has worked in the area.
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong people‑management leadership, the ability to develop individuals, delegate effectively and handle conflict. A proven record of growing an estate‑agency business, data fluency, consistent target achievement, exceptional communication, and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential. You should be a brand ambassador capable of building long‑lasting relationships and influencing outcomes.
