You will oversee the development and execution of the T&C strategy from construction design engagement through construction, commissioning, and final acceptance.
As the Testing & Commissioning Manager for the 10 buildings assets (pumping stations, shafts & portal buildings), you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering all testing and commissioning activities to ensure MEP and building systems are integrated, compliant, and ready for handover.
Working closely with package managers, the design team, the quality team and specialist subcontractors, you will ensure that all systems meet the technical requirements, statutory regulations, and client expectations.

Please note candidates will need to have a current valid right to work in the UK to be considered for this role.

Experience developing and managing commissioning programmes and strategies.
Track record of managing commissioning teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Relevant qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
Experience with NEC3 contracts and awareness of commercial processes.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, control, and life safety systems, including integration and interface management.
Familiarity with industry commissioning standards, statutory requirements, and compliance processes.
Proven experience managing the commissioning of MEP and building systems on major rail or complex building projects.
