Weekly job site visits to analyze on site labor, material, and equipment. Analyzing of project to verify project scope is up to BCR’s standards & done properly via the drawings and specs.
Monitor and measure project performance to identify areas of improvement for adjustments.
Prepare & follow budget based on scope of work, estimate, and resource requirements.
Provide project updates on a weekly basis to BCR managers about project budgets, strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
Manage the relationship with the client and architect group.
Track project costs in order to meet budget.
