- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with physician, nursing, and administrative leaders.
- Demonstrated success leading performance improvement initiatives and complex projects.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Director of Operations within ambulatory healthcare.
- Progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration; pediatric or specialty care experience strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with electronic medical record and physician practice management systems (e.g., Epic).
Benefits
Salary: $150,000–$160,000
