Ideal candidates possess previous window/door installation experience, can lift up to 75 lb, and are comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights of up to 20 ft. They must be punctual, well organized, and customer‑service oriented to ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after each project.

Installers earn a high hourly rate (average $26.59) and are eligible for a per‑job bonus paid weekly; work is year‑round, including winter. Additional perks include paid travel time at the regular hourly rate, a clothing program, and various bonuses.
