- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in construction, skilled trades, or related industry strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .
- Well organized, accurate, with a keen eye for detail
- Proven ability to build HR systems and processes from scratch.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience; at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices in construction or skilled trades industries.
