  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred).

  • Skilled communicator with the ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion and fairness.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in construction, skilled trades, or related industry strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .
  • Well organized, accurate, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to build HR systems and processes from scratch.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience; at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices in construction or skilled trades industries.
