Machine Operator – Temp to Perm Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking for a stable, long-term role with a clear route to permanent employment? The successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic DBS check -At least 2 year’s experience in manufacturing/production -Basic knowledge of Health & Safety in an industrial setting -Strong attention to detail and a proactive team player -Ability to carry out quality checks and routine maintenance -Previous machine operating experience preferred -Reliable, hands-on, with good communication skills -Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts
