Effectively coordinating and supervising the utilisation of all on-site resources for the project
Managing site security and material/plant deliveries and storage and general housekeeping
Ensuring all workers are inducted onto site before commencing work
Ensure all operations are performed in accordance with agreed safe methods of work
Maintaining a comprehensive working knowledge of the contract, the specifications, the EBA and safety and environmental regulations
Ensuring accurate timesheets are submitted to the pay office within specified timeframes
Monitoring construction progress and compliance to safety and environmental standards
Forward planning daily/weekly/monthly construction work including resource requirements and trade coordination

AQF Certificate III in Construction (or equivalent)
Proven ability to manage resources and deliver works up to $10M.
Strong planning skills (up to 4 weeks ahead) and commercial awareness.
Minimum 12 years relevant experience with a minimum 2 years' experience as a Supervisor
