Maintain stockroom inventory accuracy of 98% for both piece count and stocking locations
Create and maintain an approved vendor list for critical supplies in conjunction with input from other plant departments
Oversee die making for draw machines and maintain proper inventory levels
Coordinate purchasing between Maintenance Department and vendors
Maintain traceable purchase order records for Vendor pricing and delivery
Ensure organization and housekeeping are achieved in the stockroom and satellite stocking areas
Properly receiving and storing materials to assure that no damage occurs, safety and environmental problems are avoided, and that no loss for any reason occurs
Assures all returned items are documented properly and credit received
Establish and maintain "out of stockroom" inventory locations for items held within the plant
Minimize stock outages, especially for critical operational items
Proper stocking levels are maintained
Create purchase orders traceable to both originator and/or department
