Project Coordinator

Description

• Collaborate with general contractors and consulting firms
• Support the Project Management Team in the planning and day‑to‑day execution of the project
• Document control: organize construction drawings, submittal logs, and RFI logs
• Assist with site safety requirements, training and documentation
• Attend, contribute, and provide summary of on‑site coordination meetings
• Assist with labour tracking and timesheet processing
• Perform quality control and commissioning tracking

Requirements

• Become knowledgeable of various mechanical equipment, piping and HVAC systems
• Learn quickly and take on new challenges
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of mechanical design principles and piping systems (asset)
• Adaptable and competent with electronic and virtual tools (Microsoft Office, MS Project, Procore – asset)
• Relevant education and one year related work experience preferred
