  • Previous experience on payroll or HR system implementation programmes as a Data Migration Specialist, Payroll Analyst, or Business Analyst.
  • Strong attention to detail, with emphasis on accuracy and data quality.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll and integration with time and benefits systems is advantageous.
  • Team player, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet payroll deadlines.
  • Experience in payroll data migration, reconciliation, and validation against statutory and compliance requirements.
  • Strong technical skills for handling payroll data uploads, transformations, and validations.
  • Hands-on experience working with payroll data (e.g., pay elements, deductions, statutory compliance, pensions, benefits).
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with HR, Payroll, Finance, and lT stakeholders.

Track record

  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications; ETL or data migration tooling experience desirable.

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Data Analyst to support the implementation of a new cloud-based payroll solution for BAM UK & lreland on a 12 month fix term contract. This role is integral to the successful delivery of the payroll transformation programme and willwork directly with internal stakeholders and the external payroll software vendor to ensure a seamless transition.
