Description

Repair Technicians perform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work, which may include roofing, gutters, and siding. They serve as the main point of contact with customers throughout the project, estimating materials and labor, communicating before, during, and after work, and handling after‑hours emergency calls on rotation. Technicians also prepare and collect invoices, identify additional repair needs, and follow all safety procedures.

• Perform roofing, siding, and gutter repairs per scope of work.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lb, safely climb ladders and work at heights on roofs, and daily travel within the home market. Preferred experience includes at least two years in carpentry, construction, or roofing, strong customer service focus, and a diligent mindset; military service is a plus.

Work trucks and fuel will be provided by Bone Dry Roofing. Our pay structure is commission based, where you will earn a percentage of the projects you complete.

Compensation includes an hourly pay range of $18–$30, commensurate with experience, with a 100 % commission option available. The position offers all‑season employment.
