  • Assist in the development of processes to support company growth
  • Provide post-commissioning follow-up and participate in the optimization of operational sequences
  • Contribute to the design of integrated energy solutions in accordance with Fusion standards
  • Prepare commissioning and recommissioning reports
  • Identify energy-saving opportunities by system type
  • Conduct on-site technical assessments of electromechanical systems
  • Act as a technical resource for the design team
  • Support the recommissioning of mechanical systems

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Efficiency, Automation, or equivalent
  • Required: strong and proven knowledge of building mechanical systems (ventilation, air conditioning, heating), particularly in the context of RCx projects
  • Understanding of building automation systems
  • Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Major asset: RCx certification
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively
