

Reviewing and updating policies to ensure compliance with legislation
Managing incident investigations and corrective actions
Working closely with project teams to promote a strong safety culture
Leading all Health and Safety activity across the business
Providing training, guidance and support to site teams and managers
Setting up and developing internal Health and Safety processes and procedures
Carrying out site audits, inspections and risk assessments
Excellent communication and leadership skills
This role is based in Hertfordshire with travel to sites as required.
Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager within construction
Experience setting up or improving company wide Health and Safety processes
Full UK driving licence
Strong understanding of construction Health and Safety legislation and best practice
NEBOSH qualification or equivalent
