Maintaining accurate forecasts, managing CRM pipelines and contributing to wider market insight and business development planning are also key elements of the role.
We are looking to connect with experienced Business Development Managers who can drive growth across key industrial markets, manage strong pipelines of opportunities and engage with major producers of hazardous and industrial waste. The remit typically involves identifying new business, understanding complex customer requirements and developing environmental solutions that reflect the capabilities of leading providers in the hazardous waste sector. A consultative sales approach is important, ensuring customer needs are fully understood and translated into tailored, commercially viable propositions.
We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in business development within industrial or environmental services, supported by strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. The ability to engage senior stakeholders, manage long-cycle sales processes and work with a high degree of autonomy is important. Experience within hazardous waste or related environmental markets would be advantageous, alongside a proactive, results-driven approach and a commitment to developing sustainable customer solutions.
