- Maintain UL/SGS listings by completing all necessary forms and labeling.
- Produce quality products for the assembly line.

- Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Suggest and organize team-building activities.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
