- Strong understanding of Ontario Provincial Standards, TAC, and municipal design guidelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working on municipal roadway projects, including urban and rural road reconstruction/widening, intersection improvements, and active transportation infrastructure.
- Ideally 10+ years of experience in municipal road design
- 6+ years of experience in municipal road design.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- P.Eng. designation in Ontario
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation/Bentley (InRoads and OpenRoads), and roadway design software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
