- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and resources in compliance with company policies.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on solar farms, including PV inverters, combiner boxes, solar panels, and related components.
- Attend training sessions provided by equipment manufacturers and approved by management.
- Replace or install PV modules, inverters, monitoring equipment, and other components as needed.
- Maintain high safety standards and adhere to environmental, health, and quality protocols.
- Participate in weekend on-call duties for emergency response to system faults.
- Support maintenance activities as directed by the O&M Operations Manager, often with minimal supervision.

- Willing and able to travel based on the needs of the business (generally less than 10%)
- Technically knowledgeable with multiple technologies
- Not afraid of heights and able to climb on top of roofs
- Previous background in Operations and Maintenance of DC electrical systems preferred
- Able to climb ladders, work with tools, work in crawl spaces
- Must have clean driving record
- Previous solar and general construction experience preferred
- Networking hardware and software experience preferred
- Able to work in varying temperatures
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment and random drug screenings
- Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance)
- Must be flexible, be able to adapt to new situations, have self-control and have high integrity
- Flexibility to work during weekends
