Key duties include developing 3D/2D models for drawing preparation, clash reporting and presentations in line with project LOD requirements, coordinating model interfaces across disciplines, preparing engineering drawings, and delivering Project Information Models (PIMs) according to TIDP, MIDP and CDE protocols. The specialist will also conduct clash detection, visual walkthroughs and constructability analysis to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
EGIS is seeking a highly skilled Autodesk Civil 3D‑focused Roads & Highways BIM Designer and Modeler to lead BIM modeling for multidisciplinary projects, supporting the BIM Coordinator and project delivery teams. The role will drive modeling for roads, highways, grading, and civil infrastructure while assisting in the setup, training, and development of Civil 3D workflows.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or a three‑year engineering diploma from an accredited university and possess at least five years of Civil 3D experience, including advanced skills in families, federated models, worksets and shared coordinates. Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192‑2, BS 1192 and proven roads and highways project experience are essential.
