The role involves performing HR transaction processing using data management tools to maintain employee records throughout the employment lifecycle, from hiring to termination.
Key responsibilities include processing and quality checking transactions, generating reports and delivering training, managing queues while meeting service level agreements, updating SOPs and related documentation, ensuring adherence to internal policies, driving process improvements, and providing timely updates to team leads and onshore partners.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience in employee data management, with hands‑on knowledge of HR operations using ERP systems such as Oracle‑HCM or SAP. They possess strong communication, analytical, and management abilities, are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, can produce accurate and timely reports, multitask effectively as self‑starters, and can navigate challenging client situations to devise strategic solutions.
