  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred. CPM certification will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, financial modelling, and digital tools for project management
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving commercial success.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in PMI preferred to foster the integration and development of a joint culture for the newly formed entity
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, risk management, and contract negotiations.
  • Experience in leading, managing, and developing teams in a dynamic environment.
