The desired individual will understand the design process and RIBA Plan of Work, having the ability to deliver a project from concept, through detail design to delivery on site.
Experience should range across different sectors, working directly with clients and contractors whilst leading and coordinating design teams.
The candidate must be self-motivated and flexible, bringing a positive and 'can-do' attitude, and the willingness to be a strong team player.
We are looking for individuals who can consistently contribute to the successful delivery of projects with varying levels of complexity and ranging in size from small, medium and large-scale. Consistency and accuracy in all work produced are essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will have either a RIBA Part 3 qualification or CIAT accreditation, with demonstrable experience on a wide range of complex projects at different stages with a good understanding of the UK Building Regulations.
The personal qualities required from the candidate applying are strong interpersonal skills, organization and efficient time management, attention to detail, ability to work independently and effectively when under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is essential, experience in advanced collaboration software (such as Navisworks), federation of BIM models, model checking, clash and interface management and on-site job running is desirable.
