Work closely with Senior Benefits Specialists to ensure seamless delivery of benefits and wellness programs
Assist Senior Benefits Specialists in planning, scheduling, and coordinating wellness events (e.g., health fairs, webinars, screenings, anniversary recognition events)
Support the centralized benefits inbox and manage incoming office mail related to benefits
Assist with audits, reporting, and reconciliation of benefit wellness invoices
Provide administrative support for compliance-related HR items, including immigration documentation (e.g., gathering data for H-1B lottery, preparing employment verification letters, tracking sponsorship cases)
