Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively utilize computers and software, including Service Trade, Microsoft Office Suite, and customer compliance portals is preferred

Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
A bachelor’s Degree is preferred
Escalation Customer Service Experience
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Purchasing and Purchase Order Experience
Fire Protection Service administrator experience is highly preferred
