The Legal Representative will support the company in all legal, corporate, and regulatory matters, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising management on compliance requirements, and ensuring adherence to UAE laws and real estate regulations. This role requires strong experience in corporate law, joint ventures, transaction support, and real estate-related legal documentation.

Support internal teams with legal interpretations and regulatory obligations.
Liaise with authorities and regulatory bodies for licensing, name approvals, amendments, and compliance,
Manage and advise on company incorporation processes for UAE mainland and free zones,
Provide accurate and timely legal advice to senior management on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters,
Ensure compliance with UAE Companies Law, Commercial Law, and related UAE federal and emirate-level regulations,
Advise on risk mitigation, legal exposures, and steps required for legal protection in transactions.
Drafting and amending memorandum of association, article of association (across all UAE jurisdiction).
Ensure corporate structures comply with UAE laws and business requirements.
Review, implement, and update corporate governance frameworks,

5. Real Estate & RERA Expertise

Preferable if they have UAE real estate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements knowledge
Strong background across corporate law, Commercial Law and Real Estate related laws and regulations.
Candidates currently based in the GCC will be prioritised; however, strong overseas applicants are welcome.
Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Qualified lawyer
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
3+ years PQE gained at a reputable international law firm within UAE
