The Cargo Technician plays a key role in daily operations by preparing equipment for delivery, supporting drivers with loading and unloading, and maintaining an organized yard environment. This position ensures that equipment is ready for customer pick-ups and that return processes run smoothly.
The role requires strong time-management and organizational skills, the ability to work flexible and sometimes long hours, and the physical capability to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks such as bending, squatting, and reaching. Candidates must be able to meet the physical demands of indoor and outdoor work.

Base pay ranges from $17.75 to $21.57, with the exact rate based on location, experience, and education.
