We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 180-unit apartment community, nestled just north of Buckhead, in Atlanta, Georgia! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. At least two years of experience in on-site property management
Strong bookkeeping and organization skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs
Assistant Community Manager experience is required.

Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***
