- Maintain accurate repair and work logs using FiiX (computerized maintenance management system)
- Prioritize and complete repairs to support efficient plant operations
- Conduct fabrication work as needed
- Apply problem solving and root cause analysis to reduce repeat equipment failures, ensuring temporary repairs are followed by prioritized work orders for permanent fixes
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair industrial equipment—including motors, AC drives, PLCs, servos, sensors, switches, and pneumatic components
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Always follow safety policies and use required Personal Protective Equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and partner with production teams to improve quality and machinery reliability
- Maintain facility grounds and services

- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, cutting, welding, fabrication, and tooling
- Experience with diagnostic equipment (ohms meter, voltage meters, etc.), power tools, and computerized tracking systems (MRO, FiiX)
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics
- Skilled in troubleshooting across multiple systems
- Minimum 6 years’ maintenance experience, ideally in manufacturing
- Technical certification preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs alone, up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
