🔹 Coordinating with 3rd-party logistics providers to move equipment globally.
🔹 Issuing and analyzing supplier/fabricator RFQs and managing bid analysis.
🔹 Partnering with Project Management and Quality Assurance on non-conformance reports.
🔹 Tracking fabrication schedules and supporting weekly status meetings.
🔹 Creating and issuing purchase orders in line with policy.
Production control isn’t just about keeping spreadsheets updated—it’s about ensuring that multi-million-dollar engineered systems get designed, built, shipped, and installed on time. You’ll be a critical player in delivering success for IAC customers, helping industries reduce emissions, increase efficiency, and meet demanding project schedules.
🔹 Assisting with inventory management and replenishment.
🔹 Supporting SEP projects with quoting, purchasing, and order expediting.
This is a role where no two days are the same—one day you’re negotiating with suppliers, the next you’re coordinating shipments overseas, and the next you’re solving production challenges with engineers.
✔️ 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or project coordination (EPC/project environment preferred).
✔️ Experience with contracts, logistics, and quality systems.
✔️ Bonus: Knowledge of dust collection equipment, material handling systems, or engineered solutions.
✔️ ERP systems knowledge (Trimble a plus).
✔️ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
