This role focuses on installing, programming, and maintaining electronic security systems such as access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV. Responsibilities include leading large‑scale projects, performing preventive maintenance, inspections, safety audits, troubleshooting hardware and software, commissioning software, documenting progress, managing project schedules and labor forecasts, and mentoring technicians.
- Install, maintain, and program access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV head‑end equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, evaluations, and inventory of security systems.
- Lead large‑scale installation projects and supervise teams with limited supervision.
- Deliver daily toolbox talks, ORM reviews, and safety audits on‑site.
- Troubleshoot and isolate hardware and software issues locally and globally.
- Perform on‑site software commissioning, testing, and documentation of daily reports.
- Create and track RFIs, generate take‑off drawings, and provide design‑assist feedback.
- Develop and manage project schedules, forecast labor hours, and integrate IDS/ACS/CCTV systems.
- Mentor and guide technicians, fostering skill development and team performance.
- Maintain an active Secret clearance and meet U.S. citizenship requirements.

Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance, be U.S. citizens, and possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Required education includes a high school diploma or GED plus military electronics training, an accredited electronics technician program, or an electrical apprenticeship, along with at least eight years of electronics installation experience—three of which must be in security systems. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to travel up to 50 % are also required.

- Possess 8+ years electronics installation experience, including 3 years in electronic security systems, and relevant certifications (e.g., CCURE, Lenel, Bosch).
