Technical Services Manager

Description

The role’s main purpose is to deliver prompt application support at the customer’s end and to assist commercial teams in increasing market share for the Coil product line.

• Provide high‑quality technical support to customers.
• Propose and optimise new processes to improve CTS service level.
• Handle complaint cases in CRM with a targeted closure rate.
• Measure performance periodically against predefined KPIs and initiate corrective actions.
• Drive people development and capability improvement for the team.
• Collaborate with internal departments (RDI, CS, Sales, Plant) on customer‑raised issues.
• Update internal teams monthly on CTS activities and gaps to close.
• Gather market insights from CTS team members for internal sharing.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and site policies, personal conduct standards and HSE regulations.
• Maintain internal relations with Regional Technical Service Manager, Sales Representatives, Sales Support, Customer Service, Quality and RDI.
• Engage external relations with Key Accounts and equipment suppliers.
