Cost Analysis: Assess the cost-effectiveness of products, projects, or services while tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
Staff Development: Provide necessary training and direction to assist staff in achieving position advancement.
Regulatory Compliance: Consult with local authorities for each estimated project to determine local rules and regulations, ensuring estimates/budgets are complete and accurate.
