Contract Curriculum Development Manager

• Develop live, online and blended learning courses and materials.
• Serve as the LMS administrator to facilitate content management, set up, and course management for all positions within the organization.
• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Create 1-Hour Training Content Development –
• Conduct New Hire Orientation Introductions and Customer Service Overview sections
• Collaborate with subject matter experts internally at GRG and externally with SME and Suppliers to create and deliver content.
• Develop feedback loop surveys for courses and integrate improvements.
• Develop and drive the launch of a new Learning Management System (LMS)
• Research and select appropriate instructional methods and technologies to deliver high quality learning experiences and content.
• Deliver all training content and/or facilitate internal/external SMEs
• Create and generate reports to assess and evaluate training content, usage, progress and scheduling
• Conduct needs assessments to identify educational requirements.
• Design and develop curriculum and instructional materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business or related field
• Experience in live, online and blended learning
• Ability to conduct needs assessments and analyze data
• Experience in setting up and/or managing a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, instructional design
• Bi-Lingual – Spanish and English
• Strong technology and tech savvy skills
• Troubleshooting technical problems – Tech Savvy
• Roofing Industry knowledge a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to provide training and support learners
• Excellent presentation, writing and verbal communication skills
