Prepare and review engineering designs, reports, technical specifications, and construction documents.
Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and building long-term client relationships.
Lead or support the design and delivery of civil engineering projects in the energy and resource sector, including mining, emerging energy, oil & gas, and industrial development.
Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and due diligence reviews.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
Correspond with existing clients and develop new relationships and business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Technical Engineering focus of civil infrastructure, traffic accommodation, access planning and intersections, grading, sediment and erosion control, project management, and engineering coordination.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a P.Eng. designation (or eligibility) is required.
Valid (or in progress) Class 5 driver’s license.
Strong understanding of regulatory and permitting processes related to resource projects.
7–15 years of experience in civil engineering, ideally with a focus on oil & gas, oil sands, mining, or heavy industrial projects.
Proficiency in civil design software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and related tools.
Excellent communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
Proven experience in civil site design, earthworks, stormwater management, roads, and utility layout.
