  • Travel to job sites throughout the Mobile area for equipment repair and maintenance

  • Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts
  • Maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner
  • Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed, including service reports and parts tracking
  • Repair and maintain fleet and haul trucks in the field when possible
  • Perform on-site maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of equipment and tools while using a high degree of independent judgment

  • Small engine experience is a plus
  • Superior customer service, teamwork, and communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience repairing/maintaining construction equipment and tools
  • Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Welding/cutting/fabrication experience required
  • Must own tools applicable to position
  • Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs.
  • Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
