- Travel to job sites throughout the Mobile area for equipment repair and maintenance

- Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts
- Maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner
- Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed, including service reports and parts tracking
- Repair and maintain fleet and haul trucks in the field when possible
- Perform on-site maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of equipment and tools while using a high degree of independent judgment

- Small engine experience is a plus
- Superior customer service, teamwork, and communication skills
- 3+ years of experience repairing/maintaining construction equipment and tools
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Welding/cutting/fabrication experience required
- Must own tools applicable to position
- Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs.
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
