- Operate tools and equipment according to prescribed safety procedures
- Install and upgrade computers and peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of time and materials required to perform repairs and service
- Relocate computer hardware, peripherals, and equipment as needed
- May have occasional visits to a job site which would require periods of standing, walking and/or climbing stairs
- Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting, climbing, carrying, etc.
- Correct unsafe conditions in the work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to the supervisor immediately

- Position may require occasional travel in Metro area
- Experience with maintenance and repair of PC computer hardware and computer peripherals
- Knowledge of basic networking skills
- Must be able to occasionally bend, kneel, reach and crouch to perform I.T. equipment setup and maintenance
- Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
