The ideal candidate possesses strong mechanical and analytical skills, good judgment, initiative, and experience working with complex machinery. They should be comfortable repairing simple mechanical problems and have a solid foundation in basic mechanical processes.
Machine operators are expected to understand how their equipment functions and to identify and resolve simple issues such as stalls or jams. Training will enable them to operate various machines and learn manufacturing processes for steel wire products.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to complete simple forms and follow written instructions, and understand basic mechanical principles and equipment functions. Basic arithmetic skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals, are required.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; the company cannot sponsor visas or consider candidates residing outside the U.S.
