Performs job-hour resource loading in Primavera P6. Updates the schedule at regular intervals with actual and forecast values for job-hours based on updated budgets and earned value data from the external engineering progress and performance tool.
Develops and maintains the engineering progress and performance tool for the Execution phase.
Works with engineering discipline leads to maintain accurate activity relationships and accurate durational estimates.
Integrates engineering interdisciplinary schedule requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned disciplines or specialties. Works with the performing entities to coordinate work sequences with the overall project plan.
Develops and updates required job/hour expenditure and forecast curves for the project. Assists in determining effort leveling decisions and person-hours review.

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 6-8 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
Advanced level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction work processes in the mining industry or similar large scale industrial projects.
Working Rights in Australia without employer sponsorship are required
Knowledge of and experience working in EPC or EPCM environments.
Previous experience in monitoring and reviewing subcontractor schedule related deliverables and conducting impact analysis for any changes in execution plan
Skilled in usage of Primavera P6 including resource loading
Experience in L1, L3 and L5 schedule development and scheduling in at least 2 Bechtel (or similar Engineering Consultancy company) projects.
Skilled in oral and written communication.
