Reporting to the Chief Digital Trust Officer, the GRC Analyst in Bangalore will help verify and advise Esko employees on enhancing internal digital governance, risk, and compliance controls based on global standards in security, privacy, regulatory, and AI domains.

Draft, review, and update digital controls and compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines; ensure they are communicated, trained on, and accessible to internal stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement of security and compliance processes.
Plan and prepare evidence for external compliance audits (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, CSA CAIQ) and follow up on internal control compliance.
Assist in risk assessments and critical third‑party due diligence.
Identify and assess digital risks, maintain a digital risk register, and track risk action plans.
Maintain high‑quality GRC documentation repositories and prepare regular compliance reports for the Chief Digital Trust Officer.
Deliver compliance training initiatives and collaborate on awareness campaigns within Esko.
