  • Develop and maintain capital works schedules, programmes and tracking tools.
  • Monitor and track project budgets and forecasts at both programme and campus level
  • Lead procurement processes for capital works contracts, including drafting and issuing tenders, negotiating contract terms and facilitating contract award
  • Oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of capital works projects
  • Coordinate and review capital works approval documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Experience in contracts administration or project management/coordination for construction projects (circa 3-5 years)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, construction, engineering, architecture or a related field

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with the ability to influence and resolve issues
