Conduct field audits to validate the accuracy of reporting and processes.
Lead the presentation of Project Controls reporting.
Validate the proper set-up and management of the Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
Lead the Interactive Project Planning Meetings (IPPM).
Validate schedule progress and manage schedule management involving the critical path method of scheduling techniques.
Comply with all policies and standards.
Develop, implement, and manage the reporting data warehouse to produce valuable program controls reports and data for multiple large projects.
Negotiate prime agreements, construction contracts, and subcontract agreements.
Perform quality checks and inspections on project controls deliverables.
Develop and implement project execution plans.
Ensure the proper Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is utilized.
Analyze progress measurement and progress curves.
Identify and oversee the Risk Management process.
Interface with the Project Management Team and Accounting Department to review project costs and contingency costs and support external audits.
Perform Project Forensic Analysis.
Serve as a point of contact for technical questions from the project team.
Validate the accuracy of cost management and forecast reporting.
Perform and review material takeoffs.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing and potential clients, customers, and contractors.
Review upstream (prime contract) and downstream (purchase orders and subcontract) change orders.
Develop effective scheduling reports, cost reports, cash flow reports, and forecasts for multiple projects.
Validate the accuracy of earned value management system reporting.
Analyze cash flow reports.
Provide leadership and training to team members, ensuring the resolution of difficult project control issues.
Responsible for engineering, procurement, and construction planning, scheduling, logistics, and cost control.
Analyze data, logs, and reports in the Enterprise Planning & Controls software or other tools.

Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 is preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
OSHA 10-hour safety certification or ability to obtain.
7 years of direct project controls experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience with critical path scheduling, project cost management, estimating, and document control.
Ability to facilitate and produce detailed construction schedules and interface those schedules with engineering and procurement activities.
Excellent presentation, written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
