AR/AP Coordinators work closely with Project Managers to prepare and assemble essential documents for bids, costing, engineering, and construction, while supporting crew safety, quality, integrity, and teamwork.
- Assemble and verify project documentation and packets.
- Support Project Managers on productivity, cost, quality, and safety.
- Update electronic documents, assist with change orders and project reporting.
- Follow safety procedures and become subject‑matter expert in P2 system.
- Perform AP/AR data reporting and schedule appointments efficiently.

- Experience in a construction office environment; telecom or utility background preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, formatting).
- Some accounting experience; AP/AR background in construction.

- Strong professional communication skills via email, phone, or in person.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Motivated, coachable, and receptive to feedback.
- Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check.
